• Is Care Outlook registered with the Care Quality Commission?

    Yes, Care Outlook has 7 branches which are regulated and registered with the Care Quality Commission.

  • How will my care package be managed?

    Your care will be managed by a Team of professional staff who will be trained to meet your needs of your service. They will treat you with respect and dignity, supporting you to maintain your independence in your own home. You will have an allocated Quality Monitoring Officer will visit you on a regular basis to ensure you are happy with the service being provided.

  • How do I make a complaint?

    There is a complaints procedure which you can find in the Service Users guide book. At your Initial visit from a Representative of the organisation, they will provide you with all the relevant information to support you and will discuss the complaints procedure as part of the Introductory Visit.

  • Can my care worker take me on outings and to the shops?

    Tasks such as shopping and outings can be carried out by your care works as long as these have been assessed as safe and agreed as part of your Care / support Plan.

  • What happens when my care worker is sick or on holiday?

    A relief care worker will be provided in the event of sickness and holiday. You will be notified of the changes to the care package off which you regular Care worker is not available.

  • Do you have a confidentiality policy?

    Yes! We do have a confidentiality policy which all staff are expected to follow. Staff are aware of this policy and are expected to adhere to the policy.

  • Do you complete criminal record checks?

    All new Care Workers apply for a DBS as part of the recruitment process and will not start work until appropriate checks are verified.

  • Is this service just for elderly people?

    No! we can provide a service to all vulnerable adults and children who may require a service, this includes young adults with Learning and Physical Disabilities.

  • What training do you provide your care staff?

    All care staff have a full comprehensive Induction training programme to meet requirement of the Essential Care Standards.
